Day of Completion

Once your installation has been completed you will be able to walk on your new driveway/path/patio approx. 1-2 hours after sealing dependant on the temperatures, time of day, time of year, etc. Vehicles must be kept off for 48-72 hours. 

Garden ornaments, patio tables/chairs, plant pots, door mats, etc. should also be kept off the area for at least 24 hours. This is to allow the sealant to thoroughly dry and fully penetrate the installation for maximum effect and endurance.

Sealant 

EVERY installation will require a re-seal during its lifetime. The general wear and tear of every installation will depend on how often this is required. For example, a driveway would require a 're-seal' more often than a patio or path due to traffic such as postmen, visitors, etc. and through use of your vehicle(s).

Weathering

After a few weeks, your installation will now have accrued its own charisma. EVERY installation is unique, depending on differences regarding installation, eg. time of year, location, weather. In order for the installation to remain in excellent condition, Re-sealing is advised 18-24 months after your installation was completed and then every 36-48 months thereafter, dependant upon the area which has been installed. Jet-washing (if possible) will always help and will contribute to keeping its own unique appearance. If you follow these guidelines, there is no reason why your installation will not retain the same charisma as the day it was completed.
